Peepaly was built to make employee onboarding simple for small businesses. Most small business owners we spoke to were still relying on paper forms, email chains, printed handbooks and a lot of manual follow-up. New starters would arrive on day one unsure of what to expect, and owners would spend the following week chasing tax forms, bank details and signed acknowledgements.
